How do I place an order? 

You can order your Week-1 Gifts baby or family basket in several ways:

For email and fax orders, please include:

  • Your full name, company name, full address, email address and daytime telephone number

  • Items and quantities you would like to order

  • Recipient's name, full address and daytime phone number (should there be a problem with the address)

  • The date you would like the gift(s) to be received, a message to include with each gift and the name of the person each gift is from

  • Credit card and billing information (full name and address) should be provided over the phone – 054-723-4614.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Personal checks and cash are accepted for pick-up orders only.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

We use the latest encryption technology to keep all your information safe and secure. Our 128-bit SSL Certificate ensures that every site visitor is protected, no matter what browser or operating system is used.

What credit card information do I need to provide?

Be sure to have your billing address, complete account number, expiration date and the CVV number.

For Visa and MasterCard and Discovery, the CVV number is a 3-digit number sequence located on the back of the card, usually at the top of the signature strip.

For American Express users, it is a 4-digit number sequence, located on the front of the card to the side of the account number.

These security features are implemented for your protection, to help combat credit card fraud.

Can I add a gift card and message?

We include a free gift card with each purchase and, during the checkout process, you will be able to add your gift message. Please be sure to indicate how you would like the gift card to be signed, or whether you would purposely like it to remain unsigned. If you do not indicate a preference either way, we will sign the card with the name as it appears on your credit card. Designer gift cards are available at an additional charge of $3.95.

Can I substitute Gift Basket items?

To substitute an item, you can either call us or indicate your substitution in the "Delivery Note" section of the checkout process. We will adjust the price of the basket , if necessary, to reflect the substitution.
