If you are not fully satisfied with your gift basket, we will promptly exchange or refund the cost of the basket, less a 15% restocking fee. All we ask is that you call us at 054-723-4614 or 1-888-42GIFTS (1-888-424-4387) and return the basket to us within 15 days.

If a basket arrives with broken contents, please call us within 10 days at 1-888-42GIFTS (1-888-424-4387). We will arrange to replace the damaged items, or the entire basket, if necessary.
