What shipping company do you use?

We ship all our baby/family gift baskets in Israel via Cheetah Delivery – Personal Messenger Service. Your options are regular messenger (up to 3 business days, depending on location) or Express (guaranteed to arrive in 2 days, overnight or on Friday).

Do you ship same day?

We will ship any baby basket same day if we receive the order before 2 P.M. Israel time, Sunday-Thursday (except for holidays). We will make every effort to ship baskets orders received after 2 P.M. Israel time same day, as well. Our last pickup is approximately 3:00 P.M..

Can I request a later shipping date?

Yes. During checkout, you have the ability to specify the date you want your baby gift basket delivered in the space marked 'comments'.

How long will it take to receive a package shipped via Regular Messenger?

Most shipments  will be delivered within 2 business days. Shipments going to the far north or south within 3 business days, and Eilat in 4 business days.

Is the delivery date guaranteed?

Packages going Express (Overnight, Friday or, 2-day) are guaranteed to arrive on time. Non express delivery does not guarantee the date of delivery -- all delivery times are estimated.

What days does Cheetah Delivery pick up and deliver?

Cheetah Delivery picks up and delivers packages every day except Saturdays and holidays. Friday delivery is available in certain areas, for an additional delivery fee.

Does the pick-up day count towards the delivery date?

No, Cheetah Delivery does not count the pick-up day when calculating the delivery date. Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays are not calculated in the delivery dates either.

For example, a gift you order on Thursday before 2 P.M. Israel Time will be picked up from our facility that same day, but Cheetah will not actually ship it until Sunday.

A package you order on Thursday after 3 P.M. Israel Time may not leave our warehouse until Sunday. In that case, Cheetah Delivery will not actually ship it until Monday.

How much will the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping will be calculated upon checkout for each gift ordered based on its destination. There is an additional $10.00 fee for 'Rush Orders'.

What if you run out of inventory for an item?

While we try our hardest to make sure that doesn't happen, from time to time we may be temporarily out of stock on a basket or a product. If that happens, we will substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

Do recipients have to sign for their packages?

It depends, a signature is not officially required, but the messenger does have the discretion to insist upon a signature, if the messenger feels it is unsafe to leave the package unattended.

What happens if nobody is home to sign for a package requiring a signature?

The driver will leave a note at the location, informing the recipient that a delivery attempt has been made and giving instructions on how the recipient can ensure they get the package delivered on the next business day. Cheetah will make 2 delivery attempts before returning the package to us If the package has been returned to us, we will re-ship it at a fee of $20. If you opt not to reship, we will refund the cost of the original basket, less a 15% restock fee.

What about shipping to P.O. Boxes, Hospitals, Beit Hachlama and Hotels ?

P.O. Boxes - We will not deliver to a P.O. Box - therefore, we cannot accept any orders going to such an address. Cheetah delivery will deliver baby gifts to hospitals - We generally do not recommend sending gift baskets to a mother in a hospital, unless you are certain the mother will still be in the hospital on the day the package is to be delivered. We are not responsible if the mother is no longer there when the basket arrives, if the basket gets misplaced within the hospital, or if the hospital staff fails to deliver the gift to the mother's room on time. It is a much safer bet to send the basket to the person's home and have a relative bring it to the hospital. Please keep in mind, with current trend of shorter maternity stays, baby gift baskets being sent to a hospital usually need to be sent Overnight.

Hotel /Beit Hachlama - We ask that you be absolutely sure the recipient will still be in the when your gift arrives. We are not responsible if the guest is no longer at the hotel /Beit Hachlama when the basket arrives, if the basket gets misplaced within the hotel /Beit Hachlama, or if the staff fails to deliver the gift to the guest on time.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

That's a problem. If Cheetah Delivery does not call from the field to notify us of a delivery problem, the basket will eventually be returned to us. Once it does, we will, of course, make every attempt to correct the mistaken address and re-send it to the proper destination (that's where the recipient's phone number comes in especially handy).

There is a $20.00 fee if a package needs to be re-routed or re-delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
